Bonus Terms
After opening an account at kue9, the welcome bonus is added automatically when you make your first deposit. The bonus is a 120% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. No separate code is needed to claim the bonus — making your first deposit is all it takes.
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times, and it is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on your actual deposited money. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you need to place ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus. This wagering can be completed gradually across any game.
No, the welcome bonus is given only once per account. Only one account can be opened per mobile number or identity, and the bonus applies to the first deposit on that account. Attempting to open multiple accounts is considered a violation of the site's rules and may result in account suspension.
Yes, it is possible to cancel a bonus. If you do not wish to keep a bonus for any reason, you can request its removal through account settings or by contacting support.
